Adam Bowers – Saturday Training Day (ABC For Winning)

An experienced, dynamic and enthusiatsic sailing mentor, coach, and trainer (and all round sailing good guy).

Adam has a wealth of knowledge and experience with all aspects of performance sailing – masts and rigging, sails, hull construction, centreboards and rudders.

His many years of racing at the top level, both for himself and training the best international sailors, makes him your first choice for any performance related improvement you require, whether it is for an evening lecture, fleet training, or a personalised programme right up to World Championship level. His infectious enthusiasim will inspire your audience!

Adam is very knowledgeable about technical aspects of many national and international classes. He has a good eye to identify, analyse and resolve the problem, often from visual clues. He has an excellent understanding of the race course and people who manage it.

He can communicate with all sailors, from the very young to veterans and he has the extraordinary ability to make complicated things easily understood.

ABC has a team of Coaches with similar training experience, ready to respond to your personal, group or Class training needs. ABC is based in Weymouth UK, near to the UK Olympic Sailing Centre, but travels around the UK , Europe and beyond.

An Enterprise open meeting will also run alongside the Youths on the Sunday.
